It focuses on the areas of the shoulders , neck and skull , ending with the face . This is good, as these are precisely the parts of the body where we accumulate daily stress!
ORIGINS
Relaxing and revitalizing , Shirotchampi massage has been practiced in India from generation to generation. A vegetable oil was used to cleanse and stimulate hair growth .
Towards the end of the 1970s, a blind osteopath and physiotherapist named Narenda Mehta noticed that head massage was not practiced in the West. He then decided to train in India and subsequently develop Shirotchampi in the West.
